CONDITIONS OF RETURN

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with regard to the items ordered. The return may be made within 30 days of notification of the defect and the product must retain the identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and in any case within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

2.RETURN BY DESISTENCE

The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 30 calendar days after receipt. As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and in any case within 30 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund. The right to return only occurs, provided the products:

  • Have not been used. The customer has the right to try on the shoes to test the size and shape, but can not use them.
  • Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).
  • Be complete (eg both items in a pair must be returned).
  • Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

 

3. RETURN OF OFFERS
The return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered it. In this case, in order to make a return, you must contact the person who purchased it, in the sense that it is returned to you, according to the conditions of return, by defect or non-conformity or by withdrawal.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

4.TROCKS BY SIZE OR BY OTHER ITEMS

To exchange one article for another or to change the size of an article, please follow the steps below.
An article can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value.

Your products can only be changed once. If after the exchange order you are not satisfied, you can only return your order.

To return the merchandise proceed as follows:


- Pack the goods (if possible, use the original packaging) along with the respective invoice.
- Deliver the packaging on a conveyor of your choice, paying the cost of returning the goods, for an exchange or return, to the following address:

We recommend that you use a postal service or a secure mail to track your order (tracking ID), since we are not responsible for the return until the moment you receive it. Make sure you have proof and the registration number.

Upon your receipt, we will review the process and guarantee, under these conditions, a refund on the original form of payment, except for the original shipping costs (if any) and the additional charges.

You will receive an e-mail from us with information about the acceptance of the return or exchange: in the case of exchange it can only be made by the same product in different sizes and / or colors. In the case of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
